Staff was helpful and nice. Rm 118 smelled like cigarette smoke. We were promptly moved into another room. No issues.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have been better if the cleaning staff had spoken English. Negative: The cleaning staff didn¿t speak English and the handle on the toilet broke and we had to lift the lid to manually flush it

Our stay was extremely pleasant. This is a very clean place with an amazing breakfast and great customer service. Jamie always made sure there was plenty of hot breakfast for everyone and was so nice to talk to.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It was a little out of date in decor and furnishing but was still clean. The staff was amazing and friendly. Really enjoyed staying there
