This is my second time ordering. First was couple months ago and it took them over half an hour to get my order! Half hour! While standing there at the counter, waiting, I see they have faster service at the drive thru. Today, I went thru the drive-thru and the person taking my order is very rude. I tried to order the family meal, added 4 strawberry cheesecake pies and 2 cinnamon apple pies and on the screen I see 4 apple pies instead of 2 so I corrected her that I only wanted 2 apple and she responded annoyed and told me she got the order right. Uhm, NO! There were a total of 4 apple pies which I specifically said only 2. I end up cancelling my order. I will not spend any money on a business that doesn't know what good customer service is. Waste of time (twice!) and I will never go back there, ever!

Staff is always pleasant and friendly. Shrimp boxes are skimpy. Chicken sandwich is a good deal and chicken is always crisp and juicy. Pies in any flavor are my favorite. Gotta have tea (sweet or unsweetened). Fries are good, red beans and rice are tasty but not spicy.

This place is horrible service, the girl name Allison very rude and weird. I wish I could rate 0 star. They better switch all the staffs and put some nice people in. My daughter love Popeyes, and honestly I don’t want come there because customers service. I wish we have different place to come with better customer service.

We ordered dinner the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. Super clean, was not too busy, the cashier was fast and friendly, our order was hot and delicious, great place clean too!
