Gabby is the best employee that Hardee’s has. I just ate there on Saturday. She is so pretty and nice.

We had to ask for the rest of our order because they only gave us part of it at the window, while we were waiting I went to hand out food to my kids and one of the burgers was rock hard. We asked for a different one and the employee seemed annoyed and we were asked to pull forward. The staff was not friendly or apologetic. Our chicken sandwiches seemed under cooked and were not good at all. The only thing good was the fries because they were at least fresh, but they were bland. Horrible experience from this location. We will keep driving and be hungry the next time we go through...
