Quick check in - maybe 30 seconds. Very helpful staff, provided a list of all the local restaurants and their information. Room was clean and the only place I’ve stayed recently that didn’t have a loose fixture somewhere in the bathroom. Pool was small, hot tub was nice. Breakfast had a good array of things. Hot eggs, biscuits, waffles, yogurts, fruit, etc. The only downside- room smelled “damp” but no signs of mold or wetness. Think odor was coming from wall AC unit.

Positive:  the lady in the reception desk is so nice and very accommodating and welcoming. Negative: The room we stayed on has a smell, musty and not so clean. How i wish we had a better room.

Rooms, filthy from slime on the walls to dirt on the ceiling and ceiling fan so thick there's a ring on the ceiling, food and body imprint in bed from previous occupants, furniture badly dinged up, drawers won't shut, what looked like puke on sheets (same bed as food)etc.... Then asked for the items to be corrected and most weren't, in addition to being told I had to move rooms because there weren't any available only to find the hotel offering 3 of the same rooms available that night that they asked me to move from of course at a more expensive rate. I wish I could post the pictures of a $140 room, I wouldn't stay here ever especially one of the pet friendly rooms I could imagine what they look like.

Staff was excellent!! It had a few things that were not totally up to par, but for what we paid, the stay itself was okay. No pet fee, pool was clean and open until 11, room was okay. One big issue we had was the sink had a leak in it and water poured all over the floor when we used it. The bathroom had dog pee caked to the corners along with hair. I didn't complain, just cleaned it up. Otherwise, beds were comfy (with no critters) and breakfast was great. Lots to choose from and substantial.
