Visited Maplewood and was greeted with new owners had a nice conversation finding out they were also from Everett. Purchased 4 Ribeye steaks which were some of the best steaks we ever grilled. I will be back

We had a gift card to the meat market that we got for Christmas last year. Went in today expecting to use the gift card and the owners told us that they took over 5 months ago and wouldn’t honor the gift card even though the store name is the same and there was never an expiration date on the gift card. Would’ve appreciated some amount to be honored even if it wasn’t the full amount. Haven’t tried the meat yet but it was a smaller selection than I was expecting

This place is a neighborhood staple and a throwback to small family-run grocery stores. New management's continuing a decades-long tradition of quality meats at reasonable prices. New additions include Peruvian and South American varieties for meals, desserts, and herbs/spices. Highly recommended!

I've been going here for years and love it. Everything is always super fresh and they are always happy to help with custom items. There's also a variety of food besides meat, like some basic produce, deli items, and canned foods which is helpful when planning meals. Highly recommend!
