Decent, but with the amount of issues, the price is too much. Bathroom doesn’t vent air/steam out, sometimes the light switch randomly turns off in there. The room feels very humid, and it’s impossible to remove any humidity thus feels uncomfortable most the time. Spiders were a big issue at first followed by ants. The bathroom sink, bath, and toilet kept getting clogged, followed by the kitchen sink. The door and windows didn’t seal, so the road noise was an issue as we were in the last room closest to the freeway behind us. There’s no dumpster, only two small trash cans outside which ended up overfilling daily. Our unit had a couch pull out bed, but it came without any bed sheets. The TV is pretty small and over 10 years old (still 720p), luckily the HDMI inputs worked so I could stream online. However, the WiFi is extremely slow, unstable and cuts off all the time. The lamp next to the TV has absolutely no switch or way of turning it off aside from unplugging it behind the counter it’s on, which we ended up just covering with a blanket. The kitchen countertop hood light didn’t work. Throughout the day you can hear the banging of cabinets from the room adjacent to ours, and in the bathroom you could hear the people. I have no idea why they designed the bathroom right next to the stove either, terrible placement. Wall plugs are either hidden or non-existent past one or two. The kitchen table is a huge thing stuck to the side wall, yet it has no leg room underneath, nor the ability to sit more than one person due to the structure underneath. The king bed felt terrible in general but one side was completely worn out. For some reason it only has a night stand on that awful side and not the other. The door key cards constantly fail and so you have to go to the lobby to get it reprogrammed. No safe inside the room, so didn’t feel comfortable letting room service in while away. Space feels tiny and cramped with two adults and a child despite being the biggest room offered. I refused to do any laundry here, as the first time I went to the laundry room, the washing machines were absolutely disgusting —in fact see the attached picture. Sometimes you could hear people arguing pretty loudly even as far as the next building over, sometimes it was a bit concerning. There’s also no elevators anywhere which was an issue sometimes. Now the pros. Customer service in the lobby was amazing, every time you needed anything they would provide it or personally help you do it. You could borrow any household kitchen items, including everything needed to make a meal and eat. There’s plenty of parking space throughout, and they don’t mind if you need to do any quick car work. However the parking is an added extra cost. There’s nightly security monitoring the parking lot. Lastly there’s a dedicated smoking area away from all the rooms, however, sometimes people would still smoke right outside the rooms. All in all, there’s just too many cons to give it anything higher than 2 stars after spending about three months here.

The internet is atrocious unless you pay for “high speed”, you’re charged for parking per day on top of your room charge, their “breakfast” is literally granola bars, oatmeal, and garbage coffee. There are spiders and roaches in each room, and sketchy people who literally shake the door handle in the morning trying to rob you. Workers ventilate paint fumes everywhere despite people staying in all the units surrounding yours, and over all this isn’t a great place to stay unless you’re desperate.

I always read the reviews for thr places I choose for my family and make sure that it's a place that is good enough for them to stay in. I am pretty disappointed in the choice I made by booking here. Just so everyone is aware, it is VERY HARD and in our case not possible to get a accessible room AND there are no elevators on this property so if you end up getting a second story room...you have to climb stairs. My father has had hip surgery, knee surgery, and has a pace maker AND my mom has bad knees but there was no way to cancel and find something else since we didn't know this until we were checking in. Which by the way the ladies at the funny desk were super nice but zjusr couldn't accommodate us. The rooms are very dated and some of the cabinets and cabinet doors were broken or very worn and the floors were filthy. My kids would take a shower and walk around in the room and I would have to have them take a shower again before they went to sleep. There are people living there which it's expected with an extended stay BUT some of the people were very interesting and we would not allow our kids outside. We had to get our key re done every single day for some strange reason. I don't know if they do that as a safety feature or what but it was very annoying considering we were there for 4 days. The most frustrating thing that happened was the fact that given that there are no elevators and we were on the second floor with my parents that clearly have disabilities, my mom fell down the stairs on the last day of our stay and messed herself up pretty bad. She has a hair line fracture in her ankle and some scrapes on her knee and bruised up her elbow. We let the hotel know on our way out and got a phone call a couple days later from someone from the hotel and all she basically did was say sorry and it's not their fault. What was the point of the call?? As u can read, I would NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. All the staff, Paula, Gladys and the entire gang of room service etc, they’re amazing at what they do. I’ve stayed here long enough to know. They try their utmost, AND succeed, at making your stay as good as possible. They’re some of the easiest people to communicate with and you can get any extras that you may need while you’re staying by simply communicating with the staff. “Easy is as easy does” and this has been one of the easiest and best stays at a long term hotel that I’ve had (they beat motel 6 by miles by the way). The rooms are really good, no bugs, nice beds and the customary TV and table, which is quite big actually (the table). A comfy chair with leg rest built-in. The bathroom is roomy, and there’s a kitchenette and a good sized fridge. Stove top with 2 tops to cook on and also a microwave. As for anything negative, sure, some guests can be a bit different, and sometimes you see a skip at the back parked a bit randomly for some cleaning purpose, and yes, once or twice (in 3 months) I’ve seen some odd car in not so good shape parked at the very back (or one person constantly working on his car like it’s an outdoor car garage), and it makes you wonder. But that’s not a reflection of the staff and their efforts, or the hotel rooms themselves, which are simply stellar. There’s also security that shows up late at night on occasion. For outdoor space, there’s a small area where you can sit, with decorative lights hanging through the trees. Then there's designated areas for your dogs too (and the majority of people do pick up after their dogs) with bags and trash bins kindly provided specifically for your four legged friends. This pet friendliness makes this place all that better. Laundromat on site and it’s not usually busy unless you’re doing it on a Sunday. A machine or 2 has been out of order but the far majority work fine. They’re coin operated and no clothes of mine have been lost so far. The staff let you know in good time if any repairs are going to happen, sometimes it’s a 24 hour window but that’s fair enough. Again, I can’t say enough good things about this place, especially the staff who really shine. I don’t tend to give 5 stars lightly, and though any place can always improve, the staff here is what makes it 5 stars. Thank you!
