Sigh...I wish I could give this place NO stars. I'm a current resident and have received little to no assistance with maintenance issues and an obvious mouse infestation (we are NOT nasty people, matter of fact I'm a little OCD when it comes to cleaning). I should've read these reviews BEFORE I moved here two years ago. I have NEVER lived somewhere where I have to worry about mice so much, both inside the unit and on the balcony. I have VERY BAD panic attacks due to my fear of rodents and I think they take it as a joke. They won't be satisfied until I'm hospitalized and a lawsuit is filed. My oven has been malfunctioning since April and I was told it would be replaced. It's now June 4 and still no new stove...what was I thinking? Can't wait to get out of here!

I have a birds nest inside my exhaust fan over top of stove. The rental office sent maintenance, who stated that it’s nothing they could do, that I needed to contact animal control, and that they would send an exterminator out. WTH IS PEST CONTROL GOING TO DO. I finally got a hold of animal control who stated that because the nest is not visible they can not come out. That the rental office need to call them and schedule appt so that maintenance can remove the exhaust fan, and then they can take out the bird nest. How gross is it for you to be cooking and heat birds over top of your head. This complex does not want to help anyone. #current resident

My brother is the reason I moved to this property. My first year here was ok. After a while I started seeing mice almost daily and now I'm seeing roaches. I come out of my apartment one early morning to find a man sleeping next to my door. He also apparently used the bathroom on the landing to go down and out of the building. There was also a man sleeping on the first floor by the mail boxes. I informed the front office and I was told they couldn't do anything about it and to call the police. This is unacceptable for the safety and health of My Family. There is a animals carcass that has been in the AC closet on my balcony for the past 2 years. SMH

After what I witnessed today, it was necassay for me to write a review. #1 I wouldn't work for an organization that allows residents to be disrespectful to me. #2 I've lived at Cambridge for over 5 years, I've seen mice but don't have an issue because I'm clean. #3 It has been stressful with the change in management over the last 3 years but that's not any fault of Quest or there staff. I complain and the ladies in the office try there best to help me. Unfortunately, maintenance is an issues which is not there fault. I've witnessed management tell someone to come to my apartment and they've just never showed up. Maintenance is horrible! The office team is always pleasant and helpful, but with all of the staff changes and turnover "they aren't to blame" I haven't had anyone from Cambridge visit my apartment ever and the lady in the office always visit to see what my complaints are. Reading some of these reviews are ridiculous, you can't blame the ladies in the office. Say what the real issues are and maybe they'll listen and get what we need. Maintenance is problem and always have been.
