Great for hardware but not great for being called, “honey”, “sweetie”, and, “babe”. Will not return to this location. I’d rather drive farther away than to experience the behavior directed at myself and multiple other people in the store. I couldn’t wait to leave. For some people, this language can be very triggering. I appreciate Dan reaching out and speaking with staff about the issue. Upgrading you to 5 stars from 3 for being proactive

Bill is the best there’s nothing he cannot answer my family will not consider another home improvement store. It’s better to be assured you got the right products for anything around the house or yard bill knows exactly what you need and understands what your wanting to accomplish without much explanation on my part. 100 stars
