Great job on my ticket 70 in a 55 reduced to improper equipment. No points on my license or insurance points. I called around when I got the ticket because of all the letters I got and they had the best rate. Highly recommend.

This was my first time ever using a Law Firm for a speeding ticket but oh man what an experience, AFFORDABLE, knowledgeable, respectful, and very proffesional. They anwsered all my questions in a timely manner. They took care of my ticket reducing it with no license or insurance points against me. Didn't had to show up for court nothing. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who has a ticket in Onslow County. Also their FREE CONSULTATION really helps inform citizens of their rights and legal ways to get things done. Thank you.

Knees do not bend forward (at least not naturally) so the law has a word for questions like this - moot.
You likely can't. NC is a no fault state. If your spouse meets the requirements for a divorce there is nothing you can legally do to prevent it.
Unless the accident involved serious injury or death, typically accident tickets may possibly be dismissed if you have insurance that covered and damages that were your son's fault. So it is often best to simply allow the insurance companies to do the investigating unless you have your own claims. If so, you would likely need to hire a personal injury attorney. As to getting a copy, you can always ask for a copy directly from the tobacco store. If they refuse, your attorney may have subpoena a copy or get a copy in the discovery process. Best of luck.
As it gets closer to your one year separation date - just go to our website easyncdivorce.com and fill out the Divorce Interview Form. As Jennifer said below, we can help get you through the process easily and quickly.
No
You can get one directly from the Civil District Clerk of Court's Office in the county where your divorce was filed. Or we can go and get one for you. We charge $45 and we would need your mailing address to send it to you. If all you need is a file copy we can send that to you at no cost but it will not be a Certified copy (which is needed for most official purposes).
The short answer is you can't - you need an attorney. A Divorce Judgment (what you are calling a Divorce Decree) is a vastly different thing from a Separation Agreement. A Separation Agreement is likely easily modified if you and your ex are in agreement but that likely would not help you much with law enforcement. Modifying a Divorce Judgment is a bit more challenging - definitely not something where you can just 'type information in.'
You need to hire an attorney (preferably us) because it appears you have the wrong idea about how things work. You do not have a Separation Decree signed by a Judge - at least not from NC because there is no such thing. Also, after the one year separation period there is quite a bit more that needs to be done other than 'the signed paper for a Judge.'
