I wish that the fact that my trash was not picked up, again, was out of the norm. However, this will be about the 6th time in the last 9 months that i have had to call and complain that service is noy being provided. I even pay for recycling and they have not picked this up for 5 weeks. Im tired of the inconvenience and inconsistencies with the trash service. 1 star is to much.

So you apologized to David Smith about not picking up his recycling and that you would strive to do better. Well that was 2 years ago and you are still doing it. To me at least. Why do we have to call every time we need recycling picked up if we pay for the service and there's supposed to be a set day (every other Tuesday). This company is unprofessional and lazy. The trash portion is fine. No issues in that regard. But since they don't come pick up recycling when there supposed to our bin is always overflowing. This is unacceptable and you lost another customer. When I turn in my bins you will receive a full recycling bin. Maybe then you will do your job and collect it.

Today as in many, the drivers speed through the neighborhood trying to finish their routes early. They do this without regard to the safety of the kids, pets and any other personal property that maybe damaged and or killed due the inability to stop at the speed they are going. Not only is this company expensive it doesn’t care for or protect the community it services.
