If you can't find help, then adjust your hours to maintain your ability. Food was cold, took forever. Owner hurt their reputation because they couldn't serve. It's the new society, adjust to it or you'll close.

It was was their second day serving breakfast again. The pancakes were excellent and the sausage was the best. Even the coffee was wonderful. This is the place for breakfast!
