I can't believe that corporate allowed the "manager" to return to work. When you walk out on a job & decide to do a no call, no show that's job abandonment, atleast according to the rulebook. Or does the rules not apply to this manager?

In my experience and opinion the store manager is an unprofessional, managerially incompetent, and socially inept idevidual who is running this store right out of employees and patrons. The high turn over rate of employees speaks for itself as to the inner workings.. or lack there of..again a store manager issue. I would suggest, a new store manager with some interpersonal skills and business knowledge...

Some of the employee's are great and others not so much. If a shopper declines your help don't be pushy when declined. Pushing your unwanted help is condescending and belittling.. If a person declines to use a cashier and is waiting on another..you are NOT entitled to an explanation..so don't flip ugliness onto the shopper....and please educated yourselves on ADA..
