Worst taco bell I have ever been to. Went through the drive through. Only ordered 4 items and every single one of them were messed up. The employees messing around attempting to "handle" the drive through. They were not busy at all.

You get the food you want. The line moves quickly. They forget to give you napkins and hot sauce a lot. However I will return because I like the food and they are reliable on that.

Whenever a manager isn't working, our order is always missing items AND made wrong. I've worked fast food for years and ya'll are pathetic. Seriously. Doesn't matter if it's ordered there or on the app. If you're lives depended on making food correctly, ya'll wouldn't make it.

My family went through the Taco Bell drive thru on 9511 Bridgeport Way, Lakewood, WA, to order dinner for the family. The order came to $24.77, at approximately 3:45pm. They handed us a tiny bag of food. I asked if this was everything, wondering how you could fit that big of an order in that bag, and she said 'yup. As we drove away and started looking through the bag, the food that was in there was smashed, the quesedilla was cold, and folded up tight like a burrito. And the loaded fries burrito wasn't in the bag at all. As you can see in the picture, it wasn't fit to eat. When I called the business, I was brushed off like it was no big deal. The pictures below were supposed to be 2 Loco nacho 'supreme' tacos.
