I moved into platform 14 around 4 months back and I absolutely love it here. The management staff is super nice and friendly and all maintenance requests are taken care of really quick. The apartment was initially occupied by another tenant so I couldn’t get pictures before I moved in, but Carlie helped me out a lot, answered all my questions patiently, and arranged for pictures from the apartment next door to give me an idea about the location. The initial conversations with her and her willingness to help me out as much as possible was one of the reasons why I moved here. The apartment is great, pretty secure, the residents are friendly, the management staff is super helpful and they organise monthly resident events which are really fun!

I absolutely love the management staff at platform 14. They are upbeat, kind, and knowledgeable. I always look forward to speaking with them. They are welcoming and they genuinely care about who you are as a person. Carlie and Brittany are always willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions I may have. The location is great with lots of local amenities nearby. The apartment units themselves are beautiful, high end and homey. I think just about anyone could see themselves living here.

Living in Platform14 is such an awesome experience. Moving to a new state, living in my first apartment, I was not sure what to expect. Platform14 and the management is overwhelmingly the best. I literally feel like I am friends with management/staff being as they are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The apartments are lovely, too! We have a two-bedroom unit with a loft and the spacing is generous. Not to mention the views from our bedroom with the Sky Deck and surrounding trees: awestruck. Did I mention the location?? I could go on for days. After living here for one month I was already sad for the day we might eventually leave. Eight months in and I know if I could stay here forever, I just might!

We love the building and the staff. Good management crew. No pool but nice suites and ammenities and do not miss the roof top garden! Onsite parking.
