Good location. Nice pool. BUT if you have more than one person staying in the room, I would NOT recommend. The bathroom doors are "barn door" style with opaque glass. Which means: 1) They don't actually fully close, and every sound and smell will be fully shared with the the sleeping space. 2) If someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night, you WILL see the bathroom light. It looks lovely, but the design practicality is 0 stars.

Positive: Location in a business/industrial area and away from freeway made it nice and quite. Fairly new hotel and modern. Staff accomodated my room selection/request as it wasnt too busy. Clean. Negative: No breakfast included bagged ones offered for a fee, but opted for Starbucks which is only a few blocks away. No housekeeping unless requested, so no refills on coffee pods/coffee mate for subsequent days stayed (again, unless requested) Internet slow.

Positive: Gorgeous Hotel, room very clean, bed in poor condition - needs to be replaced. Public areas very dirty. Minimal staff. Such a shame to see this beautiful hotel in this condition. Older female manager outstanding but cannot find staff to work. Negative: No dining or bar service. Bed sways in middle and needs to be replaced. I had to sleep on the sofa. Public areas extremely dirty.

When I checked in and went to my room. The TV wasn't working, so I tried to call down to have someone fix it. No one answered, I had to go down to the desk to get help. None of the trash cans had trash bags, the shower had hair all in it. I paid extra to have breakfast included and all it was, is a bag with an orange, granola bar and a bagel. Not worth $20 extra dollars. The bar/restaurant was closed. Was just an overall disappointing stay and wouldn't recommend anyone else staying.
