Our family of 4 was picked up at 5:30 am in Scappoose to PDX. They called to confirm 12 hrs in advance, showed up at 5:20am, and had plenty of room for all of our luggage in their van. Will use them for all of our airport needs in the future. Do not hesitate to use them!

Nothing but great experiences with this family owned business. The drivers are always there when I get off the plane and on time to pick me up to get back to the airport for my return trip. They are very communicative with a confirmation call the day before and text to let me know they have arrived and waiting at the airport for me. Very nice vans that are clean and comfortable. They help me with my luggage and open my door. They drive safely and are above all they are super nice. All very important for a single female traveler.

Courteous, on time, reasonably priced. I looked at 3 services to get from the waterfront to PDX at 4am. 2 of the services never even responded to my reservation request. Airporter took longer than I expected, but at least responded with an email. The email didn't include pricing or payment info, and you have to leave a voice-mail if you call them, but they did return my call and quoted $50 cash vs $60 card (upon confirmation call, price was $55 cash). Price is cheaper than Uber and reservation is guaranteed. Was supposed to get a confirmation call the day before the reservation, but panicked by 3pm that I hadn't, so left a voice-mail. Got a call back within the hour. DRIVER was on time (slightly early, but I like that), very polite and professional, safe on the road, very clean comfortable car, and helped point me to my gate. Taking 1 star off because they could do more to communicate with pricing / payment info in the reservation, and reminder call (or let you know what time frame to expect the call). Would recommend, but maybe be prepared to call them and wait for responses.
