I have been dealing with norco for 6 months. They were great in person. Corporately they tell me they me and my insurance that they don’t know how much my CPAP cost. My insurance will not pay until they tell them. Norco billing tells me that only the local norco knows the cost. They do not answer when I call. My insurance will not pay until norco tells them the full cost. Norco will only provide a partial quote. Now norco is threatening to send my bill to collections. I regret ever getting involved with norco.

I am so grateful that I switched CPAP providers and went with Norco in Beaverton. They really took the time to make sure that all of my questions were answered. Marcellus was professional, courteous and exceedingly thorough. He took the time needed to know that I was comfortable using my new machine and different headgear. It was a totally different experience than I have had in the past at a different company.

They helped my mother get a sleep machine. They are very helpful and kind people. They set her up and answered all of our questions and also took the time to have a class for her and few others to learn just how to use her new sleep machine. We also have support once we leave here if we have any questions and I love that. They have a lot of supply's in store as while. The workers treat you like family and wanna make sure you happy. :)

This office and staff are amazing! Brand new facility that has so much to offer in terms of medical equipment. Got my cpac machine from Respiratory Therapist Kim and she was awesome! Very down to earth and encouraged us to call or email her anytime with questions & feedback. Very accessible which not often found in the medical community!!! The front office ladies were so welcoming and happy!!! They made my otherwise boring appointment fun and easy!!! A+++
