Alyssa is amazing. I have been blonde my whole life until the pandemic hit and I decided to grow out my natural color, which was light brown. It was great to have my natural hair color, but I really missed being lighter. Being a mom of two small children (on top of a pandemic), I have a really hard time carving out time for myself. This was the first time I had been in a salon in two and a half years. Alyssa gave my hair a balayage treatment and put beautiful, beachy waves into it. When she was drying and styling it, she had me turned away from the mirror so I could see the final result as it was. When she turned me to the mirror, I couldn't believe it. I felt like the last two years of just surviving and putting myself on the back burner had dropped away. I felt stunning for the first time in so long. It's the only time I've cried in a stylist's chair- which was unexpected- but it was an incredible feeling to truly feel back to normal in so many ways. It was also a color I had been trying to achieve on my own/through other stylists for the last ten years and couldn't so being turned towards a version of myself that I have wanted for so long was just very emotional. She was lovely during the whole process: communicative, open, funny, informative, candid- all while carefully watching the process unfold and going on timing based on what she was seeing. I left feeling beautiful. Thank you, Alyssa- you are magic.

Erika is the most amazing lash artist! I’ve had terrible experiences in the past so I was super hesitant to try a new lash artist, but she is amazing! I look forward to fills because she has such an amazing presence and energy!

This is really dependent on the person doing your job. I got my nails done with Karla and I just don't think she has enough experience with dip powder to be doing it for paying customers. The appointment started late and we had to rush, even though I had given an hour and a half for it. The salon chooses not to have swatches for the dip powder, so you don't really know what they have available for colors. You just have to tell them a color and shade and hope they have something that fits. My nails are not smooth, and even though it's dip I've already had an entire nail chip off. It was covered with a gel top coat and the nails themselves are dull, so the top coat is almost gone in only a week and underneath is dull. From experience there is usually a clear-coat dip powder that provides the shine. The shaping is perfect, and Karla is sweet, but she definitely has more practice with acrylic and nail art than she does with dip.

I went in wanting to get a basic blunt cut since my hair is so thick and on the shorter side passed my shoulders and last time I came here I had such a great experience with Haylee and she did exactly what I wanted. I used a different girl this time because I wanted to get my hair done before Halloween and that’s the availability they had. Knowing my cut I was wanting seemed pretty simple I showed my stylist the picture I wanted. My hair is thick and she said she was going to thin out the ends and cut 2 inches off which I agreed to. We also agreed that I wanted it to be straight for styling and no curls. The stylist who did my hair hacked off around 3.5 inches way too short for what I asked for and gave me an a-line bob cut. I left the salon looking absolutely horrendous with curls that she admitted to doing after she fully curled my head and said she forgot that I had asked for my hair to be straightened and she even told me she didn’t “want me peaking” before it was done because she knew she cut off way too much and butchered my hair. For an experienced hair stylist to not start off too long (which I wish she would’ve ) she decided to do the cut to what she thought looked best without having me check length before continuing. I’m very upset and will be wearing a beanie until it grows to a length I can work with. I will also never go here again unless I only see Haylee since she gave me the best cut I have ever had several months ago.
