Just such a awful environment and care

my dad was there for 1 year. He was treated well when we were around , but the facility is understaffed and the care is poor. A few of the aids were caring, the night crew was not attentive. The facility was old , but renovations were being worked on. This is not a place I would recommend for anyone. We had no choice, it was the only place that had a bed available for my dad when he was ready for long term care. The food is horrific !

Yes there is a place patients can go to smoke. They are only allowed to smoke while supervised, wearing a smoke bib, and during designated smoke times that can be found during intake.
