I am a Licensed LPN for the past 21 years I have worked in long-term care mainly on Dementia units. I have outstanding references and am a ❤ caring nurse. I recently had an interview by a young woman who called me back the next day with more concerns of updating my resume so as they didn't pay me a dollar an hour more then I deserve. Sorry I can't remember exact dates thruout my 21 year career as a nurse but I can tell you you've missed out on hireing a nurse that may have made a difference in the life of your residents. If offered the position I will deffenately decline.

Avoid this place at all costs! I am completely beside myself and speechless with the care my father, who has advanced stage dementia, has received. Shame on you St. Camillus. The majority of the patience simply need nurses who are patient, kind, and caring, and yet there is a complete lack of compassion by the staff. My father’s health has declined drastically in the short 5 months he’s been a resident there. And now due to a complete lack of supervision on their part they gave forced my father to undergo a ridiculous psych evaluation and now are refusing to take him back from the hospital. I could go on and on about how awful this place is, but unfortunately my entire family is completely distraught with the faculty at St. Camillus. Shame on you St. Camillus.

My mother has been a resident of St. Camillus for two years. The caregivers are very compassionate. I am so thankful for their kindness.

I went here on May 30th, 2009 for my late Grandfather’s birthday but it was kind of depressing here.

Visiting hours are basically 24/7, but obviously daytime and early evenings are preferred to avoid disturbing other residents. Everyone must prove they've had a negative Covid test within the la a t 24 hours or take a Covid test on site before entering.
You have to make a appointment to visit and they prefer outside, not sure about hours, haven't been able to visit yet
They have to have a docroes order and a few other things. Talk to the nurses and manager of the unit about it.
