7/27/22 came at 5:15pm when the store online and on the door says it closes at 6pm, got there and doors were locked, the open sign still on and lights still on

I will never deal with Melissa again. I trusted Melissa with all my Mothers things and she stole most of it. She wouldn't even give me a paper receipt when we finished our business. I had to take a picture of her copy. She ripped me off big time at a time when my Mother was dying. Sad!!!!! I recommend everyone going somewhere else instead of Treasure Trove. She is a liar and a thief.

Since I'm disability they have delivery services. 20 to 25$ round trip. Good deal! Also they almost have everything yu can ask for. ... No pblm. It's not cheaper than Salvation Army which is right next door. Blah I hate go shopping in Salvation Army. Too many grabbers. !!! But at treasures troves two people work together n knew what yu expect there inside their stores.

Been to most all stores of this type in the area. This is family owned and operated for ten years, stocks a bit of everything. .. clothes, shoes, furniture, wall art, dishes, craft supplies, jewelry, collectable things, camping gear..and so on. Stock changes frequently. Staff is kind and helpful, they will even call you if they get an item you are looking for. Highly recommend this shop.

Hi Joni, So sorry for the delayed reply! I forgot people could ask questions via this page and just happened to check in. We take furniture anytime we have room, and other household goods by appointment. Please call anytime during business hours, or feel free to text the shop with pictures if that is easier for you. Thanks for asking! We sanitize the counters, pens, and shopping carts between customers. Customers stay 6 feet apart from other groups. Every evening at closing we use Microban 24-hour antibacterial spray on the front doors and around the shop. New items that come in the shop are quarantined and then disinfected before going out on the sales floor. Front counter staff check their temperature twice daily, wash their hands frequently, and there is hand sanitizer available at the front counter for staff and guest use. Melissa, who is usually the one at the counter, can not wear a mask for medical reasons, but she keeps a face shield at the counter to cover her mouth if she needs to get closer than six feet of guests.
Hi! It's very easy. Bring up to 10 clean and neatly folded items in a box or bag that you do not want returned. Because of Covid we have to quarantine items for a few days, and we don't want your items to get mixed up with anyone else's. It only takes five minutes to get your account set up. Please call ahead and we'll schedule your appointment. Thank you!
Hi Dee, Depending on what the item is, sometimes we can do a pick-up. We have per item rates as well as hourly rates, depending on how much. I am not able to email a copy of the consignor agreement, but you are welcome to download a copy off of our website, or come by the shop and pick one up. Thanks for your question!
There is no fee to consign here. The Treasure Trove commission is based on a sliding scale; the harder we have to work to sell something, the more we ask for our time and effort. Feel free to stop by the shop anytime,and we'll give you a copy of the agreement to look over before you bring anything in to sell. We want you to be sure all of your questions are answered before you set up your account, so there are no misunderstandings.
