The lady with glasses has some attitude problem (not sure about others). I guess she will be happy to be stuck with this job forever since USPS doesn't care about customer service anyways.

The ladies at the front need to learn what customer service is. Someone should remind them that they are there to serve and help the customer. Not belittle people when they don't understand the convoluted USPS system. Package has been sitting here for 3 days now and I still can't pick up...don't use package intercept, it is a scam. They already are charging me double shipping and have sent it in circles only to be returned to this location.

The ladies here seem to not feel it is there job to help, inform, or even talk to the customers. I smiled and tried my best to lighten the mood but it was no use

Yesterday, they had me stand on the line 3 times. Once to fill out the address on my box, another time because the clerk failed to tell me that she wasn't taking cash, and third time the clerk got mad because I asked her if she was taking cash. She closed her closed her line and told me to get back in line. I made a formal complaint about her and I will be available for the interview when it comes. This Post Office has a serious problem with the attitudes and temperment of their workers. They treat customers great disrespect and there's no accountability. I will make sure she NEVER treat another customer like that again.

I'm hearing reports that COVID + Holidays is creating delays like we've never seen before. 15 days does sound extreme, but it may still show up. If you chose an option with tracking, check status online.
