Very rude people. I was denied entry because I was wearing a backpack and she was very rude about it. I understand stores not liking backpacks but they could just do what other stores do and hold your backpack for you instead saying you can't go in at all. I will never go there because I am not mobile and go everywhere on foot and the bus and I always take my backpack. Too bad for them because I love spending money at thrift stores. Their comments to the bad reviews on here are very rude as well. This business doesn't care about its customers at all and would rather chase everyone off than have their business. Take a course in etiquette.

Horrible experience from the rudest staff. Not wearing a mask and Yelling at the poor little other cashier about shipping policies of other businesses, theft in the store, and other back office matters as well as stating clearly she didn’t want anyone to spend any time in the store or touch anything. When she yelled at me for touching a 3 dollar knob that I wanted to purchase as it was too precious for my peasant hands, we decided to leave without the many items we wanted to purchase. Don’t worry though—-as she yelled at us on our way out -“HER STORE iS vERy SUccESFuL!!!!!!” So she doesn’t need your business.

Stuff is expensive in my opinion, found some home hardware.. an old rusty hammer for $6.. bag of screws for $6.. I can get either of these new for that price. A small bench vice for $40.. really.. I can buy that same one for $30 brand new.
