Thank you to everyone at Camping World in Wood Village Oregon. Maxwell Miller and Mario were so kind and generous. We arrived two minutes before closing in a Saturday with a rear wheel bumper holding on by one screw. They didn’t hesitate to help us even though it meant staying beyond closing time. They even helped us find a hotel. Exceptional customer service is rare these days and DJ the manager sets the standard. He was genuinely kind and shared some RV travel inspiration to help us in a difficult time. Thank you everyone at Camping world!

We are on a cross country trip and needed to get something other than our factory mattress. They were nice enough to work with us and had one in stock. The kinky downside is they just switched to a new mattress and didn’t have any on display. They showed us last years model which felt nice but the one we got was rock hard and just as firm as the one it replaced. Unfortunately it’s not returnable so we are stuck with it. Had the display been available or this one opened in store it could of saved us hundreds. The staff was nice so I can’t complain about them, it’s not their fault for policy and lack of display.
