Had a great experience! Especially grateful for Phil’s advocacy and advice when we returned our truck to the wrong location next door and was charged a hefty penalty. He called to make sure everything was figured out! I’d probably just come back to this location coz everything else was smooth and customer service is Excellent❤️ Heads up for future renters to pay attention to your returns since both locations rent uhauls and it’s easy to confuse them.

Phil saved my day! Phil was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. Phil made sure to tell me all of the important information to avoid any mistakes and hiccups. Make sure to return your uhaul to the correct parking lot (there are two uhaul places right next to each other). To top it all off Phil’s assistant Reuger the sheep dog is adorable and so friendly! 10/10
