50/50! The first time I was there, I was there for an ungodly amount of hours! The second time was super fast. Guy at the security shack is all business! Don't park in front of the building where the guard shack is because they don't want you to block the camera that looks into the parking lot across from that building. Overall, it's a pretty good place. I'm not sure why it took so long the first time but maybe they were short staffed or overbooked!

Appt at 8pm on 5/18/22. Checked in at 7:15pm and was backed into door by 8:45pm. Lumpers would take out a pallet or two but wouldn’t come back for another hour or so for another pallet or two. I was told not to move until I got a phone call. I went to sleep expecting a phone call but instead got a text msg with a link at 12:30am. No details to follow the link, text just simply said, “you are unloaded, do not move away from door” So doing as I was told, I waited for a phone call. 3:45am comes and I get fed up with waking up every 30 min so I go look around for someone who might work there. Turns out, they have been waiting for me to pay my lumper fee since 12:45. Not one person came and knocked on my door and when talking to the lumper’s, I got nothing but attitudes. I ended up leaving there at 4am. My advice to McLane, get a new company to do your lumpers because these guys are not professional and the lumper fees are insane.

Yup its a mess, the guardcheck is extremely rude doesn't know how to give directions and not safe at all. He's a old guy which patrols car. Do not enter the facility prior to checking in. Their so called staging area is perpendicular to the warehouse near the Railroad Track. No contact, fill forms for covid 19, back up chock the wheels, put your seal and paperwork in the back of trailer, the lumper will either call you or text you for the amount. Capstone, superbussy, came in for my 10p.m. appointment on Sunday, still no luck getting a dock yet, and 7 trucks waiting for dock, super tight spot. When going through train track watch out for ditches and deep steel track. The docks are super tight not for Rookie at all!. No truck stop nearby, just a mall around 3 miles (bassProshop)

In order to get into this facility, you need to park on the street. After that check with guard (old dude is really rude and unprofessional) check than she/he will give you dock no. Only than you can enter the facility. Do not come 30mins before your appointment. Honey Bucket around the building near car parking. Takes a long time for loads, if I have the option I will say no to this!

Only an hour, and park w/out blocking driveways... Also, don't go directly to the guard shack. You have to check in and get a door assignment before entering gate.
They probably are. Just wouldn't work for that company.
They don't care.
No overnight parking.
