Amber at the front desk was kind and helpful! She was the only good thing about this hotel. The grounds were full of homeless people and our neighbors in the room next to us were screaming at each other over drugs and had a small dog that would not stop barking! Needless to say we checked out immediately and got a different hotel. Unfortunately I do not think the employees of the hotel could do much about their guests so I can’t blame them but this hotel is definitely not one my husband and I will ever return to! Save your time and your money

We booked this spot as the pictures were nice & a 3.8 rating. We showed up, drug deals were going on outside, longterm tenant's were being threatened by these people. Carpet pulled out in hallways, a carny type crowd constantly milling about. The electrical covers were broken off exposing live wires, used linen & dog toys under the bathroom sink. Molded vinyl in bathroom. Just an absolutely disgusting & disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor and dont take your hard earned money to this spot unless you are there to buy drugs. (We feel very sorry for the girl working there and hope she can find a new safe place to work)

Positive: The price was the least expensive at the time. Negative: There were homeless people all over just outside the property. People living in a car overloaded with stuff, rundown motorhomes, garbage everywhere. You had to use a phone in the entry area to call the front desk just to be let into the foyer.

I am a long term guest at this property and I have seen and heard it all… however this 2 weeks were the worst for me. I noticed there was someone writing terrible words about people of color in the elevator and the only black staff member has to be the one to clean it up. How humiliating is that… then come to find out the poor man was let go so that way the company didn’t have to handle the racism… from my stand point the hotel did nothing to stand up for this young man and honestly by allowing some racist to stay in the hotel makes it a bad place for anyone of any color or ethnic background. No one should feel targeted.. with all these situation going on like Trayvon Martin and George Floyd you would think these companies would even pretend to care about black staff members. It hurt my heart seeing that young man behind the desk crying and in fear for his life when I would come down and ask for towels. I felt so bad for him. ESA you need to do better. We stand with our people! Black Lives Matter too… the sooner you guys realize that the better off you will be . I will never be returning to an establishment that condones hate crimes committed in property.

Yes you can if you call ahead and let the front desk know you want to check in early. It all depends how fast there turn over service is that day.
