I've lived in Renaissance for going on 8 months now. I had to move out of my old neighborhood due to serious crime that we became victims of. I have never felt unsafe at Renaissance. I've accidentally left my car doors unlocked and even had a laptop in the back window, it was still there the next day. The office staff are amazing!! The maintenance guys are great too, and very friendly. I love it here! It's a very convenient location as well. So close to anything that you need. With these gas prices the way they have been, this is definitely a great thing!!

My oven door handle finally gave in and would no longer fasten. I submitted a request for service and Matt was sent out to help. Matt arrived with a replacement handle and quickly replaced the faulty one. He was very polite and professional in addressing my issue. He also reminded me I had a request in to replace my spare entry door key, which I had lost. He made a new key for me, tested it, and voila! I was back in business! Thanks for sending Matt out and please let him know he is appreciated.

Honestly everything about this place needs to be redone, after living here for a year i really didn’t like it. There’s no assigned parking even though you pay monthly for parking, the floors feel like your going to fall through the floor, I got complaints for just walking around my apartment at night because the floors are so creaky and bad. And the smell in these apartments smell like old moldy wood, and the walls are really thin I could hear both my neighbors beside me talking and living their life. And it takes them so long to get back to you about maintenance or about anything, I asked them about getting a garage when I first moved in and they never got back to me even after I called over and over but still no reply. So if your thinking about this place, there are better places out there! This isn’t worth the money.

We have applied for an apartment here to rent(waiting on approval) I have had nothing but a great experience so far with the assistant manager Tara! She is awesome, she is real and very relatable and approachable. Tara and Keegan (the manager) have both gone above and beyond trying to get us into our place. I think one of the main things in dealing with a company is how the manager and employees treat people. They have been really respectful and have been working really hard on trying to get our approval through. Thank you for your patience ladies and going above and beyond even on your days off.
