Customer service has gone downhill quite a bit, it used to be a friendly environment, The last few times I have gone to locations it almost seems like a inconvenience even though I know what I want before I get there. Today I stopped in for 2 quarters and was given a half and a extra container and told to split it at home after asking them to split it for me, hence why I asked for 2 quarters and not a half. They have some of my favorite strains sadly, I have almost started to dread going in to one of my favorite dispensaries. Your customer should be a priority! Sadly I’m getting to the point where it’s not worth shopping with them anymore, hopefully they can realize the customers are what keep them open and start treating them better.

This was the worst dispensary experience I have ever had. The only man working was so rude. I went in and made it clear that I was in a hurry, and he made me go outside and tell my driver to move spots because we pulled in front of the handicapped spot. If someone had come up behind us for the spot of course we would have moved. There was no need to waste my time. Furthermore, I told the man what I wanted in hopes that he could get it ready while I got out my ID because as I had politely told him, I was in quite a rush. He told me we could talk about that after he saw my ID, further wasting my time. Then I was $2 short of a $50 purchase, and he wanted to charge my debit $12 dollars. I have never had such negative experiences at nearby places like Nectar, or at any other Electric Lettuce, for that matter. The man was unfriendly and was no help to me at all. Do better.

The staff wear masks and the registers are behind plexi partitions. All products are also handled only by the staff.
