I honestly hate being a resident here. People do their legal paperwork all the time in the US before having ceremonies anywhere they choose. I was asking about the process without having any legalities in a different country; whether an officiant signs before or after the actual ceremony before the 60 days is up for the marriage license. Of course she didn’t know what I was talking about. The woman is 80. It’s 2022. If you’re a bride to be, I’d suggest going all the way up to DC (and officiate your own wedding) to get married completely before having the ceremony in another country. You’ll be saving yourself a conversation headache like the one I just had. Thanks for nothing.

(Note: if less than two years age then even closed eyes picture will work) 2) Form filled 3) Birth certificate of minor 4) Presence of mother 5) If married than either presense of father or his consent on the form 6) Fees;.
