The lady with short hairs is so rude. I don’t know what’s wrong with her. She should quit if she don’t like her job. It does not make any sense that you argue with every customer and take the business for granted. I been dealing with this post office for more than 4 years on everyday basis and things were pretty smooth. The day that lady joined this post office, the level of this location is going down only due to her rude behavior and stubbornness. Once again babe “quit if you don’t like your job”.

I had to wait more than 1 hour to find a person in store. The guy just left the office and disappeared.

It depends on the Post Office. Some do take walk-ins, however some also require an appointment. It is best to call your individual Post Office locations And ask.
Not sure the sizes they take but you can let them take the picture at the Post Office inside of Four seasons Mall but its appointment only
