Twice now I've had a package failed to be delivered once for "invalid address" and now for my home being "vacant" with all the lights on, me home and 3 cars in the driveway. All this on top of the constant everyday mail misdelivery that me and my neighbors just have to live with. Called 12 times today left messages no call back... guess I'm driving into town to see if maybe my package is there. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE AND THIS IS YOUR POST OFFICE JUST USE UPS OR FEDEX !!!!!!

Constantly having packages “returned to sender//unable to locate” when a package doesn’t fit in the parcel of our mailboxes of our housing development instead of just driving to my physical house (in walking distance) of the mailbox. When I drop off packages IN THE MORNING, when I check tracking at the end of the day my packages aren’t scanned at being at the location until late that evening or even the next day…

Being new to the area...if I could give a negative star rating, I would. This particular office is a reflection of their staff. Absolutely appalling, crumby, lousy work ethic and a lack of care. They constantly misplace packages, constantly mix up our PO Box mail. When you go inside to check the PO Box music is constantly playing as if their work place is a bar/club. No professionalism at all. For our mail at the house, they've changed drivers. The black guy we had was very good and professional. The current driver needs to be retrained...she leaves mail boxes open throughout the entire neighborhood, has even HIT our mailbox with her truck. We will be finding a different post office and continue to file weekly complaints.

They are the worst when it comes to delivering mail. Many packages go back to sender because they lie about trying to do several attempts. Just plain sorry.
