They have a large selection of tools although they aren't the highest quality they can help you with a project when you need it. The checkout line can sometimes be long but the staff tries to get you taken care of quick. It's annoying how they want you to pay to join their club to get some discounts, but I just choose to purchase less for this reason.

Great tools for great price (when on sale). Staffs aren't that helpful and lack of cashier even the line is 6-7 people deep. Return and sales are all in the same line.

I've only been once I was waiting for my cousin to get out of an appointment I visited many stores that day. My God their prices they flipping Rock I wish I had the money to go buy everything I saw that I liked right now I don't but if you think Lowe's in hardware sales have good prices I don't know the heart of sales part of it but these guys got deals on everything I was really impressed and I mentioned it to a few people. Store is clean staff Rock I will definitely go back for the things I want when I have the money. Not that they were high price just I'm kind of broke

Went expecting to not find what I needed but I found it at a great low price. Greeted friendly and guided to where I needed to go. Store is very clean, good lighting and well organized.

Not always. You'll have to call the store to be sure. Many of the storage tool cabinets over 30in are presale, so you have to purchase it when you come in, then it gets shipped to the store. You can't pay over the phone. You will receive a call in a week or two and be asked to return to the store to come pick it up. Unless it's an ICON tool chest, which gets shipped directly to your home.
Go in to store for help, they're pretty good about it
Not clear 'tarps', but they have clear painter's drop cloths.
As HF doesn't ship to Canada, I can only suggest shipping to a postal outlet in the US at the border, and drive there to pick up. But that only works if you live reasonably close to a border crossing... There are also some mail forwarding services in the US that may help, but I haven't used those, so can't comment.
