My hair looks great but I rated it 3 stars because I was there for 3 hours. Kept working on walk-ins (2 people trying to multitask) while leaving me sitting for long periods of time. 5 people came in and out during my whole appointment. That was very unnerving as I was growing later and later in picking up my son. Haven't had my hair done in 8 months, finally had a little time to spare and it just became another tedious chore to me. It really only should have taken about an hour to an hour and a half like all the other times in the past.
