You know, I really like this place for flower and tankers. I went in there just now to get a cart (12/24/21), and the dude who helped me just did not want to assist me. I could not see any of the strains, and he would not let me get close enough to the counter to see them. They do not have the menu online, so I asked him to please read me the available strains. Bro then proceeded to list them all off in one fast mumbled breath, like he simply did not care if I even heard him. He acted like an annoyed child who is being made to recite prayers or something. Helpful hint: if you’re not gonna list your menu online, make sure your bud tenders will read the information aloud to the customers clearly. I ended up just walking out of the store, I’ve never been treated so brattily and I’m a 50-year-old woman!

Like everyone else is saying, you need to ask. WA doesn't have medical-only stores anymore, it's been combined as far as I know. Ask, don't assume they know you're there for medical. When you showed your medical card, was that in response to the "show I.D." request at the door? In addition to it? Then you were served by another person? Like someone else said, they're not mind readers! Ask!

Unfortunately no we do not carry broad spectrum products as our products must carry some bit of THC in them. Broad spectrum is used on the hemp products and carry no THC. Being a state licensed retail we have to have THC in our products, however, many are very very minimal in THC that should not give you any psychological effects.
