PET Friendly! 💖 Excellent customer service! Right on the beach easy access. Pool, laundry machines on site. Only issue I had was the main & Sea building does NOT have an elevator. Do have a ramp, but have to walk all way around to use it. Very clean updated rooms. Shopping & food very close by. Will stay again!

Amazing view, wonderful staff, beautiful renovated room, great pool, perfect location and best of all right on the beach! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay from check in to check out. Our toddler loved the new playground! The breakfast was a huge plus for us. The pool was clean and the pool area well maintained. The picnic tables on the deck near the beach provided a perfect view. We were so sad to leave!

My wife is THRILLED with this place. The room is much larger than our normal hotel room. The decor is all done in farmhouse style. Wainscotting, all the furniture, bathroom vanity, even has the rolling barn door for the bathroom to give more room! It's all fairly new and it all matches. The bathroom is very nicely done with quality tile. And we get **4** large fluffy towels!! This is a super place and we recommend it!!

This review is for the non-renovated room. Pros: Pet friendly Oceanfront property(not all rooms face ocean) Friendly employees Able to move reservation a week out due to tropical storm Continental breakfast Cons: Pool was closed. This might have been due to covid but we was not informed of that. Initial reservation room type was changed then marked as no pet was traveling with us. I think their online booking system is terrible. Call them instead Keys stopped working Some rooms are still outdated Dog feces in some areas because renters are not cleaning up after them. We could not find poop bags or trash cans specifically for the poop. Ice machine was down but office could refill buckets for us. I’d stay again. The staff were friendly and I’ve seen pics of the renovated building which hopefully we’ll stay in next time if we book far enough in advance. We love that it’s pet friendly and close to everything.
