We forgot to put our garbage cans out this morning. Came home and saw the empty cans sitting in our driveway... they were so kind to drive up our long driveway, find our garbage cans and empty them for us even though we forgot to set them out! Couldn't believe the service!! Very much appreciate it!

The customer service is terrible. My pickup was missed today and I waited a half hour on hold for some help. I finally gave up in despair. Shame on you, Recology.

Been waiting three months for a recycling bin and a bigger garbage bin, I’m constantly being told that I should be getting one any day now and nothing shows up so I call back they’re response is always they’re out of bins. This is getting ridiculous.

We have the best garbage collection person, McKenzie Moorhead. He is wonderful at navigating the streets that basically become one lane due to cars parking on both sides. My only complaint is trying to call the office, the hold times are extremely long.

All I can tell you is they did not pick up ours 1 week, we called they said to leave it out and they would pick it up and well they never did.

A friend recently dumped a small pickup bed full of household items for $15, but it didn't include mattress. There might be add'l charges (?)
