Fed up, can't even get a call back, apparently YCAP feels my children and i dont need to be helped!! Been trying to get any kind of shelter for my kids and I for an entire year now, and i get that things takes time, but when im told by them that other situations are being prioritized over my childrens safety, and it's like pulling teeth just to get a call back from these people.

I honestly did not know I was going to be able to get the help I needed so I gave it a shot and they helped me and then some. I'm so thankful for them and what they do to help the community! Great people and super fast response!

These guys are amazing. If you're having difficulty and are behind on bills they may be able to help. They treated me with respect and courtesy as we went through and filled up the applications that they help me complete and in a couple of days I qualified and they assisted me. Their an amazing group of people and you can really tell that they care about what they're doing. I would recommend them to anybody.

Call them to set up an intake appointment. Bring ID with you. They will help in various ways depending on one's situation and their availability of funds. They will also guide one to other agencies. Great bunch of caring staff.

My electricity was turned off yesterday how can ycap help me get it turned back on, I just had major surgery for a torn rotator cuff and 3 tendents and bicep repair, I am unable to work.
