I've just got off the phone and reschedule d my dogs teeth cleaning appt for the 2nd time. Both times I get a call about a week before the appt telling me there is no tech so I can't do the appt. I work full time so need a weekend appt, which I know they are hard to come by, but both times I've been pushed out a MONTH. And I have yet to hear an apology or even a "I know this is an inconvenience " or something. This last girl was rude and didn't even offer any kind of human empathy.

I had an appointment for my very underweight dog. The vet was very thorough and sat and discussed my dog with me for at least 15 minutes. I appreciated his concern for me and my fur baby.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
