We've been coming here once or twice a month starting 8 or 10 years ago, or when they opened. The food is usually fairly decent ... until tonight. We used the drive through and ordered two family chicken dinners, we received one so ordered a second at the pick up window. When we got home, we spread out the Mother's Day "Feast", and six of us dug in. Unfortunately, the chicken we received tonight was definitely NOT the normal food we get. The chicken was over cooked and very dry. It seemed that we got some chicken that had been set much too long under the heat lamp. We ate (some had to leave so we had no time to return the bad food). I would just recommend NOT serving old, overcooked, dried out chicken to your customers. Some skin was so dry and crispy, my son jokingly chomped it very noisily. Will we return? Most likely since, as I said, usually the food here is great. Just please serve fresh (or fresher) chicken. We might forego the drive through and come in to make sure our next order is up to par. The sides were decent.

I’m a huge fan of El Pollo Loco…. But at this particular location, the chicken has been consistently dry. I use to think maybe I caught them on a bad day but no- every single time the chicken has been dry as heck. Service was great though.

This place has been my Covid go to restaurant. I take advantage of many of their offers and love their service. I give them big props for staying open and having great attitudes. Love the food, better than burgers!

Food is great! Had the chipotle chicken avocado burrito. Perfect blend of stuff. Plus they have mac and cheese for my picky eater son. Will def be back soon.Thank you so much Tabetha! We hope to see you back soon!
