Raw chicken to begin with ( if you’re out or the chicken isn’t ready then just say so!), then they charge for a soda but don’t give it, top it off with my “double” chicken bowl which has less that 3oz of chicken. Quality at this point has nothing to do with their staffing issues, this location is by far now the worst. Talking to a manager is also pointless as I’ve seen many customers complaint, it was until Today that my service was horrible.

So I really don't complain about service, I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, maybe there having a bad day but this time Service was horrible and it's the same person. Date 3/24 time 7:14pm. Person at the drive thru was very cold like she really didn't want to be there, when getting my food she forgot my salad dressing, no receipt, and definitely didn't want to be working, I felt like I was bothering her when I would ask for something, its not the first time this has happened, I think she should definitely find a job that doesn't involve costumer contact if she doesn't want to be bothered.

I ordered my food through a delivery app, so I cannot speak to the service of this El Pollo Loco, but my bowl was delicious! Everything tasted really fresh and the chicken was cooked well. My coworkers and I have ordered from this location before and never have had any problems with our food, so I’m surprised it’s getting such a bad rap. I’d recommend it in my experience!

These guys keep burning the chicken and when I went in to talk to them about it because I eat there a lot. The assistant manager acted arrogant and said basically it's an excuse to get free food and was laughing at me. Of course no corporations care anymore about things cuz they're struggling for employees.
