This is my first visit to Pollo Loco, l've ordered Dbl Chk Bowl and to be honest I was shocked once I received my order, I thought they made a mistake at first! It was a kids meal! The amount of rice, beans and even sourcream were not enough even to a child! I left the restaurant and still hungry and I will not come back again for sure! Such a big bowl and was not even close to be filled!!!!

I usually like el Pollo Loco but today when I tried to support our local restaurants it gave me an option to go straight through the specific location ,I did tried but could not get it through, so I call took a little while maybe they were busy ,but he answered meaning a representative of El Pollo Loco he wasn't very nice or the way he answer was like I was bothering him or I needed to hurry up . So I proceeded to try and get help explained to rep he said no we don't do that I said well the website prompts you to download app and also offers you a way to order with no contact delivery. 🤔is that false advertising or what's going on here ,well he proceeded to rush me off the phone so thank you for the best customer service ever you get ZERO STARS wow appalled. Thank you EL POLLO LOCA FOR GIVING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..this reflects on your company.

My entire order was wrong after the guy repeated back to me. The only thing that was correct was the sides. Before leaving the drive-thur I told the guy that my order was wrong. He had the audacity to get mad at me because someone failed to do their job. I won't be returning

Love their food. We have been here so many times and never had any issues. Food always tasted great, chicken was juicy and always seasoned well. It tasted fresh and delicious 😋. The general manager is very nice and helpful, she cares about the customers . The store is always clean and beautifully decorated especially for the Holidays. If you download their app you get great offers. Overall: excellent fast food Mexican restaurant with great vibes. Definitely recommend it.
