Cheapest steak in the city and it’s still pretty solid! I’ve always had a soft spot for Texas Roadhouse, mostly nostalgia, but I still am always impressed with the service team, especially at the Liberty location. We are always sat quickly (as long as we call ahead) and drinks/food don’t take too long to come out. Managers do great with talking to tables and resolving issues. Keep up the great work!

Went for dinner last night. We got an order of rattlesnake bites with ranch and I Got the 11 oz sirloin medium. With mashed potatoes, brown gravy and rice. The food was great! We only waited a couple of minutes thanks to call ahead seating. Our waitress was very friendly, got drinks out to us fast and refills done quickly. My only compliant is that you don’t have Wild West Wednesday anymore. Bring that back and I’ll be there every Wednesday for date night steak night.

Arrived at just before 2 was told that it would be a 45 minute wait. We were having a dinner after a funeral. I’m out party we had infants elderly and a pregnant lady. The elderly lady and pregnant lady sat in a seat that was empty for waiting and we were asked to leave and go out side or to our cars. I’m afraid this is an unacceptable Answer for those mentioned above in the middle of January. If you so don’t want people sitting on a bench designated for waiting then simply remove the bench. Customer device here is beyond despicable. This will be all of our 14 party and extended family will never patronize this chain again period.

Got an order for curbside pickup and sadly my $17 8 oz KC Strip was very small and burnt. Disappointed in the steak but the sides were good as always.
