I have been staying here for two weeks so far and I'm very satisfied with the service and staff working here especially with " Gabriel" the traveling manager on his ability with running this location with a stiff hand to keep this location viable and safe at this Liberty location, clean of debris, and especially with me feeling safe here for going outside at night with no issues of being afraid of anyone walking by or other guests staying here. ( Feel very safe here, which is a great thing for individuals that are older) " Kelly " the front office worker was very friendly and profession in finding a room for me, and if no room was found that night, I would be sleeping in my vehicle. I'm going to say thank you to Woodspring Suites in Liberty Missouri for a great stay so far at this great ran location. Larry Lambert

Check in time is at 3 pm. It was 7 pm before they had a room ready for me. They were shorthanded. I understand that as due to current COVID events, there are personnel shortages everywhere, however, once I was able to check in I found the hotel to be one of the worst I've ever stayed in. It is dirty, the room non-smoking room stinks. The quality of furniture is poor, the bed even squeaks. I am glad I brought slippers, the floor is dirty and you wouldn't want to walk barefoot. The blinds are so dirty and broken, everything is dirty, the AC doesn't work. Cleaning staff does not do a good job. Scariest place I've ever stayed in.

The office person was personable ... The location is good... Plenty of stuff to walk or drive to. It's nice to feel like home with a little kitchenette, has a full fridge. Pet charge is cheaper then others. Our pet is our family.

I stayed here for 6 nights and apparently the night manager said we couldn’t have toilet tissue after hrs it was 8pm i was coming back from work and then said i had to provide my own. I was never told at check in and i think its so ridiculous. Just rude and just don’t like how they treat customers.
