Get new card readers, Brown Bear, or TEST them regularly at your Meridian Puyallup location! They see a lot of use during the summertime. The one I used this week was horrible and couldn't read my card but luckily, I didn't have to wait long before a young gal came over and assisted my wife and I. If you don't put the card in a certain way, it doesn't read it and you get. Uh, oh...uh, oh.....It was very frustrating but the wash and the attendants as you're going into the tunnel were smiling and the car was really nice and clean after buying the Beary Best one!!!

The car Wash does a pretty good job but not that good. They have a lot of people working there but they don't do anything. What happened to the scrubbing the hard to get problem areas before it goes through the tunnel. Seems to me you can make the price of the car wash cheaper and higher less people since it's so fully automated..

This place was great. My truck came out cleaner then when it went in, but the young man who helped me out was amazing he went out of his way to make it the best experience. I'll be back only because of this young man.

Just came back from a week long camping trip and our car was filthy filthy filthy, bugs included. We've been to others and they just didn't clean as well as this one. This place did a top notch job and got all the bugs off our grill and everything! Thanks Brown Bear!!
