Worst hotel I have ever been in and I’ve tried many in the past. Our room obviously hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The floor was very sticky and my feet were black from walking from the bed to the bathroom. The bathroom door had the paint peeled off and hanging there. When I turned down my sheets there was dirt along with several human hairs. My son slept on top of the covers because his bed was just as bad. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread. There was a half eaten twizzler on the nightstand and the bathroom floor was covered in garbage including a rusty penny. No shampoo or conditioner bottles available but shower was too gross to use anyways. Man at front desk wasn’t nice at all. The little vending machine they have was pretty much empty even though they post it as a positive amenity .

Not the best motel experience. Rooms do not have fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer. Bring your own pillows, king size bed had 3 travel size pillows only. Rooms were clean but definitely run down, looks a bit like a flop house. Service was only one star because apparently the staff is perfectly fine with the permanent resident's kids running up and down the motel screaming at 10pm. Not a good experience. Pay a few more bucks and choose a different motel.

Their overnight auditor was very rude to me over the phone when I simply called to check on availability. I was interrupted when trying to ask about pricing and availability. It felt like I was disturbing her all because I was calling to ask two simple questions. All I was trying to find out was if they had a room available, and the earliest time frame to check in. But I ended up getting snapped at and made me not want to come to this particular facility. If a person is going to act that way over the phone when they are working a customer service like job, they should not be working there.

Positive: My room smelled like cigarettes. Tabletops were either filthy or had a layer of dust on them. Bedding was dingy with cigarette burns in them. Pillowcases had a yellow tint to them as if they were stained with nicotine. Floors not mopped in a long while. Negative: I did not like the cleanliness. Also no fridge or microwave provided in room.
