We are from out of state and moved here based on photos, and what a mistake! The apartment was absolutely filthy when we arrived with the movers. Management was informed and never had anyone come to clean. Trash on the balcony. Muddy shoe prints in the tub. Dirt on the counters and floors. Thank goodness this is temporary. Knowing what I know now I would've have made a different decision.

I've visited 4 apartment complexes the last two weeks or so and I really appreciate how I was treated here. A young man, Alex, gave us a great tour and wasn't pushy at all. He answered all of the questions my daughter and I had and made us feel welcome. Honestly, the other 3 complexes felt like being at a used car dealership in comparison. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in. The clubhouse is beautiful, the gym seemed to be well maintained, and the apartment we toured was very clean and updated. It's on our list.

Jesse in the leasing office was very helpful. I experienced a few hiccups during the application process, however, Jesse was very helpful with assisting me. He made the process smooth and painless. I really appreciated that, especially since I am very interested in calling The Crossing my new home. Thank you.

I haven’t actually moved in yet, this review is strictly for the staff of the leasing office. This has been one of the worst weeks of my entire life and through it all Jesse was so cool, calm and collected and they helped me find the perfect property for me and my lab mix. The apartment is gorgeous, and I cannot wait to move in officially. If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend reaching out to Jesse to see what they can help you find. They work with your budget and respond almost instantly to emails. Very communicative and friendly through the whole process. This was definitely the most pleasant renting experience I have had in Kansas City! Thank you again so much!
