This is the worst dental office in the world. The from desk staff is horrible. They will book you an appointment have you confirm it and then cancel. This has happened multiple times. They’ve even failed to tell me before until I showed up. During covid I understood but they would say oh we’re going to contact you once we can see patients again. They never would then I’d book again and they would have another excuse and over and over. Two years later the same thing is happening and they now say I have to be considered a new patient. I’ve been going there for 10 years prior to this!

When there as a new patient but all they saw me was business (means getting money from me not care at all). Firstly they ask for my co pay before I receive the service and I believe they charge me for cleaning but I didn't receive any. Also wanted me to sign some papers about assuming responsibility incase my insurance didn't paid ect....really felt like all they care about me as a customer is the money they will or can get. Would not recommend them.

I was recently a patient at Bright Now next to the Alderwood Mall. Finding the correct door leading up to the clinic itself was a bit challenging, but once I did, I was checked in fast and taken back by the Hygienist for a very thorough cleaning. After that, my x-rays were reviewed and teeth looked at by Dr. Jamali. She is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and has a very friendly and warming personality. I felt completely in good hands with her. My experience here was great overall. The clinic is pretty big, but it feels well managed. I will continue to be a regular patient here!

The staff was very attentive and attention to detail. Office was friendly and clean and pretty. Ortho billing was also very helpful with getting a payment plan set up for me. I’d recommend to everyone

Just call and let them know what's going on. They may prefer you to make an appointment to bring your husband in for a full exam so the doctor can properly advice what should be done. Good luck!
