One of the few touchless car washes around. I never used one before so I came in with absolutely no expectations. I think it did the job on very surface level dirt but anything that had been on the car for a bit of time was not washed away at all. Am I impressed? No but given the limited choices in touchless car washes probably end up using it again but wouldn't opt for the $15 top package.

I tried sending an email 3 days ago but my email failed to go through. When I visited the other day one of the bays was broken and not working so I went around and went through the other bay. I would like a refund for when I paid the first time and it didn't work. It did an okay job when I finally got into the working bay, just frustrated I paid double.

Absolute WORST CAR WASH EVER!!! My 4year old Could’ve done a better job with a squirt gun… You pay $15 for the “absolute best” and it can’t even get leaves off your car.. total waste of money!!!SB. Please call so that we can at least refund your money. I am sorry for your bad experience. We did shut down one of the bays today as it was not working properly. I hope to hear from you. I called Clear Water and found out that in October 2017 they switched to new coupons and the green ones no longer work.
Look up the number online or if have the receipt the phone number should be on there and then you call them and you tell him about the machine is broken if you did it by debit or by money should be on camera.
No. Premium wash has that.
