I’ve always been a loyal Brown Bear customer, but today they went above and beyond. I locked myself out of my car with the keys in the ignition and my poor dog locked in the back. Without my cell phone, wallet or any way to save my canine bestie, Caleb and his cousin, both amazing Brown Bear employees, helped me out so much! After multiple attempts to call the one number I have memorized, without an answer (shout out to the stranger that let me use their cell phone!), Caleb gave me a ride home where I got my spare key and came back in record time to rescue my pooch. What a relief! Thanks to that next level customer service, you have a couple of grateful and loyal customers for life!

This is one of the newer and nicer BB washes. It is hence always busy, but the throughput is high enough to make that not such an issue. The only negative is getting into and out of the place on Aurora compounded by the incoming stream crosses the outgoing stream of cars so keep your eyes peeled to all sides as you go in, or worse, out.

I rarely wash my truck but it was time. Very customer service oriented. They want you to be happy. Had some some pollen and stuff that took two times to get off. They are always friendly.

Decent wash, always busy. Buying a package is the way to go. I wish they had better space for their lines when it gets busy.
